Our office is designed around one goal - to be hyper efficient in marketing. Our brand is selectively focused on properties that require fewer one on one interactions than as in typical brokerage offices. Generally speaking, we are focused on selling not leasing and we don't take management assignments, other than basic caretaker duties for properties marketed for sale. As an example, we're not geared to landlord lease office spaces for a group that owns office buildings all over the Dallas / Fort Worth metroplex, as that assignment requires far too many showings and entirely too much time sitting in traffic going between showings; however, we are the right firm to sell those properties and achieve the highest price. Our leasing activity is limited to combination lease and sale assignments where we work to increase the property value in a sale by through improving the rent roll. We also handle single tenant combination lease and sale assignments where a landlord seeks to either lease or sell the property, whichever comes first.
We harness the latest technology to spend far more time on distributing our properties to the masses via the Internet using our own internal email databases and via commercial real estate portals, internationally and locally. Our back office team spends more time creating complete offerings for the public and disseminating that information in more places so our brokers can spend less time in the car and more time closing transactions.
Brian Scott, CCIM has been a full time commercial real estate broker and investor for the Dallas / Fort Worth area since 1989. We're not a big firm and we don't aim to be. Every assignment is personally overseen by Brian Scott, one of the most knowledgeable and experienced active brokers in DFW. You can hire the biggest national or international firm but your results will be likely limited to the experience of the particular agent that handles your assignment. WE SHARE COMMISSIONS 50/50. Most of the largest firms routinely offer their listed properties for sale without any commissions available to the participating brokers dramatically limiting the pool of potential buyers. We believe that is a disservice to our seller clients.
